Rolling Hills is 685 homes on lots that start at an acre and average almost three. Every property has room for a stable, and the roads belong to the community association. It's quiet, green, and very spacious for a dog.
Service providers get in Monday through Saturday, 7am to 6pm, with a name on your guest list and a photo ID at the gate. We'll bring the ID. You handle the list.
We will wave at the gate attendant. Every time. It's part of the service.

Per visit, billed monthly after service. Tiny yards (under 1,500 sq ft) get 20% off. Bigger or trickier yards take longer: +$5 for half an acre to an acre, +$15 over an acre, +$6 for gravel, ivy or mulch, and +$8 for hillside or terraced lots.

Things people usually ask
Can you get through the gate?
Yes, Monday through Saturday between 7am and 6pm, as long as we're on your guest list. We show photo ID every time.
Do you pick up after the horses too?
No. Horses are a different league. Republic Services collects manure here, and we stick to the dogs.
Is it worth it?
Weekly service for one dog is about $126 a month, or $29 a visit. That's about five grande lattes, or a little more than two Chipotle burritos. You get back your weekend chore, a yard you can walk barefoot, and a photo proving the gate is shut. Some services cost less per visit. We price for the same day every week, the photo every time, and the owners doing the work.
Do I need to be home?
No. We just need access to the yard. Leave the gate unlocked on your service day or put a gate code in your booking notes.
How does billing work?
Nothing is charged when you book. After your first visit we send a monthly invoice for the visits you've had, and you can pay by card online. One-time cleanups are invoiced after the job. No contract, so you can cancel anytime.
How do I cancel?
Reply to any of our texts. No contract and no cancellation fee. You only pay for visits we've already done.
